Abstract. A 50-year-old female patient without health-related issue, with loose skin of the submental area and no previous treatment regarding this esthetic issue was seen on consultation for possible facelift procedure. During consultation, after discussing the need for general anesthesia, and surgical procedure around 4-6 hours, with the recovery time needed and possible side effects, patient refused to have an open surgery procedure as deep plane facelift. After discussing all possible options, including the amount of improvement compared in between the facelift procedure and all other possible options, it was decided to proceed with radiofrequency assisted technique called FaceTite. Six months after the procedure, this patient had an improvement like a facelift procedure without general anesthesia and without any adverse events.
