The data presented are about the attitudes, habits and awareness of healthy eating and physical activity levels. The results of the study show that more than a half of the studied students and educators have a normal body mass. A large number of respondents include fruits and vegetables in their daily intake, but according to them, they eat healthy only occasionally. The fi nding that more than one half are interested in healthy eating is a positive fact. About 1/3 of the survey respondents reported that they rarely perform active physical activity. In conclusion, the survey results indicate a respondent interest in a healthy eating pattern.
