* According to article 3 of the CML Rules and Regulations, external user is anybody, who is not a MU-Sofia faculty, student, PhD student, intern, employee or retired employee.

Library information services, subject to this price list, are offered in accordance with CML Rules and Regulations.

Prices for items 1.10. to 1.15. are applicable for the standard delivery terms, specific for each service. Express service requests (under 5 working days) can be accepted subject to capacity and at a 50% price increase.

If extraordinary costs are incurred in connection with the performance of a service (e.g. postage, bank transfers, etc.), they shall be added to the price of the service and shall be paid by the Customer.

Other services for individuals or organizations outside this price list shall be agreed individually, subject to the approval of the Director of the CML.

Fees are listed in BGN including VAT. They can be paid by bank transfer, cash on delivery or at the Registration desk of the CML.
