Abstract. Glaucoma is a chronic progressive eye disease that could lead to irreversible loss of sight. Considering the increasing number of patients and the challenges to the health system, the integration of chatbot technologies to caring for glaucoma pa- tients offers potential for better support and increased awareness. Chatbots could perform various functions – from following the symptoms to reminding to take medicine and offering educational information.
