Abstract. This publication reviews the literature on the topic of fractures of the zygomatic bone and arch, as well as the frequency, etiology, localization and surgical methods of treatment. The treatment of a case with a fracture of the zygomatic bone, the floor of the orbit and the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus on the left, resulting from a domestic trauma in a young patient, is described.
