Abstract. The recommendations of the world organizations supporting patients with kidney disease and kidney transplantation unanimously indicate the need for an interdisciplinary approach of care that responds adequately to the dynamics in the current health of patients in the pre- and post-transplant period. This model of care is carried out by a multidisciplinary team with different composition depending on the individual needs of the patient.
