Abstract. The surgeon-modified endograft is intended for endovascular treatment of complex, infrarenal, juxtarenal, and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms requiring preservation of the renal and visceral vessels. This requires prior CT angiography and detailed anatomical imaging of the aorta and its branches. Modified grafts are extremely convenient to use in many non-standard cases, such as an ectopic renal artery emerging from the aneurysmal sac.
Key words: surgeon-modified endograft, endovascular treatment, ectopic renal artery
