Abstract. Wilson disease (hepatolenticular degeneration) is a rare genetic disease of cupper metabolism. It can manifest itself as a hepatic, neurological or psychiatric disease as well as with complaints of other organs – infertility, secondary menstrual dysfunction and recurrent spontaneous abortions. With an appropriate therapy, patients can remain oligo- to asymptomatic as well as to attain spontaneous conception. We present the case of a full-term pregnancy in a woman with burdened obstetric history (3 spontaneous abortions, thrombophilia and HBsAg(+)), who was diagnosed with Wilson disease in the ninth lunar month, and the pregnancy ended with the birth of a healthy full-term baby.
