Abstract. Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) can be defined as an abnormal, progressive dilation of the abdominal aorta, carrying a significant risk of fatal rupture with hemorrhage and death, thrombosis of the aneurysmal sac and distal embolization or dissection. Endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) for AAA is a minimally invasive endovascular procedure that involves placing a bifurcation or tubular stent graft over the AAA to exclude the aneurysm from arterial circulation. Increasingly, AAA is found in practice in combination with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and aneurysmal degeneration of the peripheral arteries, which significantly complicates the approach in this type of patients. This clinical case report aims to demonstrate the hybrid approach in multifocal atherosclerosis, which manifests itself simultaneously with its stenotic-obliterative and dilatative forms.

Key words: еndovascular aortic repair, аbdominal aortic aneurysm, peripheral arterial disease, multifocal atherosclerosis
