Abstract. Pancreatitis is a serious disease that requires a complex and individual approach to patient care. The role of nurses is key in providing quality care, including monitoring symptoms, managing pain, supporting dietary compliance and providing emotional support. This article reviews effective nursing practices, current methods of monitoring and care, and recommendations for optimizing outcomes in patients with pancreatitis. The focus is on a holistic approach and the importance of interpersonal communication in the recovery process. Purpose: To analyze and present effective nursing approaches in the care of patients with pancreatitis, with emphasis on contemporary practices, the personalized approach, and recommendations for improving the quality of nursing care. Material and Methods. The study covers the period from November 2024 to March 2025. The primary data obtained were summarized and analyzed using a statistical method and presented graphically. Results and Discussion: The results highlight the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in which nurses play a key role. Practical guidelines include systematic training of nurses to recognize complications, communicate effectively with the patient and encourage active participation in the treatment process. Analysis shows that well-trained nurses can significantly reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction with care. These observations suggest the need to introduce regular training and innovative practices for nurses to respond to the dynamic needs of pancreatitis patients.
