The 18th National Library Week, an initiative of the Bulgarian Library and Information Association, will take place between 10 and 17 May 2024. The campaign traditionally involves many public, school, scientific and academic libraries with diverse events across the whole country.
The Central Medical Library, a member of the Association, joins the initiative with a series of events:

10-17 May 2024 г. is a week without fees!
• Get a free library card for a year (if you are from MU-Sofia) or for a month (if you are not studying or working at MU-Sofia);
• Return your overdue books with no late fee. Valid only until 17 May 2024!

Library Open Day
Join your fellows from MU-Sofia for a group tour and introduction to the resources at the library on 15 May at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00 at the Registration desk!

“Reader of the Year” award
The library patron with the most visits during the period 01.05.2023 – 01.05.2024 will receive a gift certificate and a goody bag.

Leave a Book, Take a Book
Do you have medical books or journals that you no longer need but which may be of use to your University peers? Leave them at the library and pick a copy from those provided by fellow students.
