Abstract:
Обобщени са резултатите от проведените диагностични изследвания на проби от пациен-
ти с грипоподобна симптоматика, постъпили в лабораторията по „Грип и ОРЗ”, НЦЗПБ, през сезона 2008/2009 г. Всички проби (860 броя) са изследвани с цел изолация на грипни вируси. Комплексно с rRT-PCR за грипни вируси и RT-PCR за RSV и hMPV са изследвани 371 деца до 5-годишна възраст. Допълнително с rRT-PCR за грипни вируси са изследвани 311 сентинелни проби, получени чрез РИОКОЗ. На фона на слабото доказване на грипните вируси (33 детекции от 860 проби), относително висок е броят на положителните проби за RSV и hMPV. Разшифрована е смесената етиология на два взрива от Дом „Майка и дете”, с причинители RSV, AdV и hMPV. ***** ARD, NCIPD, during the 2008/2009 season is presented. All of the samples (n = 860) were tested for influenza virus isolation on cell culture/chicken embryos. Molecular-biology tests: Real-time reverse transcription PCR (rRT-PCR) for influenza and RT-PCR for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and human
metapneumonia virus (hMPV) were used for testing of 371 samples obtained from children up to five years of age. In addition, 311 sentinel samples from Regional Inspectorates were tested by rRT-PCR. Given the small number (33 of 860 samples) of the cases of the positive detection of influenza viruses, we found that the number of positive for RSV and hMPV samples was relatively high. The coinfection due to RSV, AdV and hMPV in two outbreaks in orphanages was deciphered.
